Everything you might want to know before switching to smart glass.

PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) film sits between layers of conductive material. With no power the liquid crystals scatter light, so the glass looks frosted. Apply a low voltage and the crystals align, letting light pass — the glass turns clear in under a second.
It runs on a safe low-voltage transformer and draws roughly 5 watts per square metre. During a power cut the glass simply defaults to its private, frosted state — so you are never left exposed.
Yes. Our self-adhesive smart film is applied directly to your existing glass on site, usually within a few hours, with no need to remove or replace the panel.
Single panels go up to about 1.5m × 3.2m. Larger areas are covered by butting multiple panels with a slim seam. Our configurator handles any custom width and height in millimetres.
PDLC glass is rated for well over a million switching cycles. We back every panel with a 10-year warranty against delamination and yellowing.
